Use case: Regulated Financial Services
This use case is for a business that provides car loans through car dealerships. The business is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and has a comprehensive diligence process for evaluating potential customers (the car dealerships). They have developed an AI agent to automate this customer diligence process. The agent integrates with their CRM system, HubSpot, and gathers information from various sources such as the Financial Conduct Authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office, Google, Companies House, and Auto Trader. This automation populates the HubSpot records with the necessary diligence information, allowing salespeople to focus on their key tasks without worrying about spending time going through these time-consuming diligence checks.
Use Case: Marketing Automation for LinkedIn
This SAP consultancy has offices and people around the globe. They have built an AI agent using Microsoft Copilot to automate a piece of their outbound marketing. Specifically, they do a lot of outbound marketing on their company LinkedIn page. The automation agent they have built visits their LinkedIn page once a week, summarizes the content, and posts it to a Teams channel that their global team can access. This automation helps keep their team updated with the latest marketing activities without any manual effort being required.
Use Case: Train new consulting team members
This use case is for a professional services consultancy that brings in new consultants and needs to train them. They have senior consultants who used to spend a lot of time helping junior consultants understand the company’s processes, how to set up new projects, and the various policies and procedures in use. To streamline this process, they built a knowledge agent using Microsoft Copilot Studio which they have called the “Super Consultant.” This AI agent allows junior consultants to access the information they need without requiring as much time from senior consultants, thereby improving efficiency and reducing the burden on senior staff when onboarding new consultants.
